By completing your purchase, you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms with Trinetta Powell Consulting (“Company”), 1525 US Hwy 380, Suite 500, Frisco, TX 75033.

Event: Rest Revive Restore: Tap Into Your Overflow Retreat

Dates: September 24–27, 2026

Location: Delray Beach, Florida

Host Hotel: The Ray Hotel by Hilton

What’s Included

One (1) in-person retreat experience (Sept 24–27, 2026)

Curated wellness sessions focused on burnout prevention, rest, and restoration

Expert-led group discussions and experiential practices

Welcome reception

All scheduled retreat programming

Breakfast and lunch on Friday

Post-retreat integration support as outlined by the Retreat Host

What’s Not Included

Lodging accommodations

Airfare or ground transportation

Meals not listed above

Optional excursions or spa services

Travel or medical insurance

Payment Terms

Total Cost: $1,500

Deposit Option: $250 non-refundable deposit at checkout

Remaining Balance: Due no later than July 31, 2026

Failure to pay the remaining balance by July 31, 2026 may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund.

Refunds & Transfers

All payments are non-refundable

Registration is transferable with written notice and Company approval up to 30 days prior to September 24, 2026

No refunds for no-shows, early departure, or unused services

Participant Conduct

Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the restorative nature of the retreat. Removal does not entitle Participant to a refund.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

Participant voluntarily assumes all risks related to travel, group activities, dining, and participation in the retreat. Company is not liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from participation.

Maximum damages, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid.

Medical Disclaimer

This retreat is not therapy and does not establish a therapeutic relationship. Participant is responsible for their own medical care and is encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance.

Media Release

Participant grants Company permission to use photographs, audio, or video taken during the retreat for marketing purposes unless written opt-out is submitted prior to the event.

Force Majeure

Company is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, illness, or travel disruptions.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
